Purpose

Prepare and preserve the IAIP-facing outreach packet for contacting Nicolas Renaud, Program Director, First Peoples Studies, Concordia University.

This issue is the coordination anchor for turning the source outreach/foundations material into a usable app page and a traceable artifact for tomorrow's follow-up conversation.

Intended IAIP surface

Build a practical outreach preparation page that helps the user:

• understand why Renaud is a relevant contact;
• choose a non-extractive communication stance;
• review talking points, cautions, and audience-specific framing;
• copy/use a short email template;
• see provenance and source-ledger context;
• keep issue / PR / Chronicle lineage visible.

Relational stance

The page should frame the contact as an invitation to perspective and route-finding, not as a partnership claim.

Key guardrails:

• lead with recognition and shared terrain;
• avoid extracting access to students, frameworks, or institutional resources;
• keep OCAP®, Etuaptmumk / Two-Eyed Seeing, and visual sovereignty attributable and careful;
• treat technology as serving relational knowledge and creative practice, not as the leading claim.
