• 00-review.perplexity.md: Perplexity thread a73d7b8d-4dc0-4e97-a404-f8ced6cd40d9, "review the data structure of a narrative beat in coaia-narrative and explain its schema for T8". It names no package version and carries no source links.
• .coaia/miadi-review-2610221150-chart.coaia-narrative.jsonl: a chart (chart_1792688911182) with six sub-charts, written at 17:08Z by a Gemini seat before this one. Its desired outcome: T8 holds a verified explanation, the thread and its sources stored beside it, the session recorded as beats. .gemini/settings.json is ignored by the IAIP repository, so that seat's tool list travels only on gaia.
• .mcp.json: two coaia-narrative servers pinned at 0.25.0, this folder's chart and the old inquiries-knowledge-beats memory (21 charts, 0 of 112 steps complete, last written 2026-02-18).

Its v1 summarises the Deep Diver explainer on screen (Episode 297: delayed resolution; coaia-narrative 0.25.0, coaiajs 0.7.0, medicine-wheel 0.24.1; @miadi/llmops rehydrate), not what William says about it. The enhancements he names are in the audio and nowhere in text.

The notebook https://notebook.google.com/notebook/5a00e2d8-5c3a-473b-a830-8fc0336f3457 is Episode 297's: captures/notebook-5a00e2d8-5c3a-473b-a830-8fc0336f3457/ (19 sources, artefacts P1 to P4, made 2026-10-20 by the Deep Diver fork of the Episode 297 seat). This morning at 09:50 that seat refreshed its ground and wrote the per-team perspective prompts for T1, T3 and T4. None is addressed to T8.

T8: a stub since 2026-10-21 (teams/README.md §T8), level "the code base", agent lead not named, no folder and no session rules, name pattern ^t8-. Its boundary: code that two or more teams use or that no team claims. This session is declared T8 by its binding line (mctgo T8 …), and team-fit.mjs also matches T4 through the name pattern coaia-narrative; T4 lists /a/src/coaia-narrative among its folders.

The ChatGPT connector (@miadi/connector, https://mcp.sanctuaireagentique.com/mcp): reads review_lookup and review_versions; request_review_operation and link_review_to_episode are requests that wait on an approval_url a person with the write tier opens. The review service stores a transcript as given through POST /api/reviews/<id>/transcript {transcript} (miadi_review.py L654 to 671), with no model involved. The decomposition of William's prompt (.pde/2610221331--bc89a9eb) flags which API is the costly one; this issue reads it as the model call, since the review service's own transcript route is free of one.

Desired State#

• The inquiry issue carries one explanation of the beat schema that names its version and cites src/types.ts by line, and T8 reads it as its first document.
• 9281cda0 holds William's transcript, speaker-marked, kept in Episode 297 under captures/screenwalk-2610221013/, and the review is held by Episode 297 through the episode door.
• Each enhancement William speaks in the screenwalk is an issue on avadisabelle/coaia-narrative citing the transcript's timestamps, and main reads as the published 0.25.0.
• Kherix stores a transcript on a review with no model call: one HMAC route, POST /webhooks/miadi-review-transcript with {review_id, transcript}, that performs POST /api/reviews/<id>/transcript. Zero tokens per transcript.
• T8's section of teams/README.md names this inquiry as the first work on it and what T4 hands to T8 for coaia-narrative. The agent lead is named by William.

Action Steps#

Structural Tension#

Current reality: an unversioned explanation of the beat schema and a review of the screenwalk with no transcript, neither held by an episode; the package checkout two versions behind npm; every transcript costing a model call. Desired state: a verified, version-cited explanation and a stored transcript held in Episode 297, main at 0.25.0, and a transcript door that costs no tokens. The steps above resolve that tension in the order a reader of Episode 297 can verify.
