Context
We are reverse-engineering BridgeMind's operator patterns to inform the development of the Indigenous-AI Collaborative Platform (IAIP) and the Hermes Navigator / Miadi cockpit. This artifact folder (/a/src/IAIP/prototypes/artefacts/miadi--TideCockpitUpgrade--BridgeMind-reverse-Engineering--2606061447...) captures the deep-search, inquiries, and architectural mapping produced during this session.
Desired State
The IAIP leverages ritualized habitats and operator cockpits that bind workspace creation, session topology, and runtime truth into a unified experience, as explored in the BridgeMind-inspired Navigator Workspace Cockpit spec.
Action Steps
- Integrate BridgeMind's "Left Rail - Workspace Registry" and "Center Panel - Workspace Composer" patterns into the IAIP design.
- Implement the "Runtime Truth \u2192 UI Projection" principle in the cockpit development.
- Establish "Scene Capture" primitives as proposed in the reverse-engineering findings.
- Refine the
Runtime/WorkspaceCockpitlayer based on the extracted UX primitives.
Structural Tension
Current reality: We have fragmented runtime/session abstractions and a documentation-centric cockpit. Desired state: A living execution habitat where operators can ritualize their workspaces and project verified runtime reality through a BridgeMind-inspired cockpit.

## Summary
BridgeMind reverse-engineering (#416, #417) extracts agentic loops for Miadi's cockpit synthesis. Tide upgrades (#380-#387) establish foundational surfaces, runtime parity, and inhabitable operator rooms. These issues trace the evolution from raw analysis to integrated cockpit reality, guiding the architectural transition toward autonomous workspace management.
