What Happened

During a Mino-Miigwewin structural thinking exercise, Guillaume corrected the AI's placement of jgt-analysis-intelligence from 'SOUTH' to '~5:30' (EAST-SOUTH boundary). This correction revealed: every spec has a Medicine Wheel position, making the Medicine Wheel an underlying architecture.

This is not metaphor — positions determine data flow, activation timing, and relational dependencies. Wilson's 'relationships are reality' becomes: relationships between specs ARE the system's behavior.

RISE Framework Implications

1. Specs have positions — not just in directory hierarchies but in a circular ontology
2. Positions create flow — EAST feeds SOUTH feeds WEST feeds NORTH feeds EAST
3. The Medicine Wheel becomes a navigation interface — actual UI, not decoration
4. .kin.md as standard RISE companion alongside .spec.md?
