Maamawi-gikendaaso-bimaadiziwin

“Maamawi-gikendaaso-bimaadiziwin” (living knowledge together) is a high-performance multi-agent orchestrator for core Indigenous relational inquiry. It applies parallel orchestration patterns—outperforming single-agent research by 90.2%—to the "research as ceremony" paradigm.

This skill is for producing dense, source-backed narrative documents anchored in relational accountability. It orchestrates a Firekeeper and 3–6 parallel Story-Agents using the Task tool.

CAPITAL FILES FOR ORCHESTRATION:

  • Templates: references/agent-templates.md (MUST use for all Story-Agents)
  • Patterns: references/orchestration-patterns.md (Circle logic)
  • Protocols: references/relational-protocols.md (The Four R's)

The Research Circle

``` [Invitation & Grounding] | [Relational Mapping & Context Gathering] | [3–6 Parallel Story-Agents Speak] (Task Tool) | [Relational Accountability Reflection] | [Weaving & Returning the Story] ```
Mandatory Orchestration Process
Phase 0: Grounding & Date Context
  • Date Context: Note today’s date. You MUST inject this into every sub-agent prompt.
  • Relational Rephrasing: Rephrase the query as: “What relationships are at stake here?”
Phase 1: Relational Mapping & Context Gathering
  • Read Wilson: Ground the inquiry in RCH-Wilson-ElementsOfResearchParadigm-001...SOURCE.md.
  • Scan Workspace: Review articles/ and sources/ for existing Indigenous-relational research.
  • Determines foregrounded relations (People, Land, Cosmos, Ideas, Markets).
Phase 2: Parallel Spawning (The Engine)
Spawn minimum 3, ideally 4–6 Story-Agents in parallel using the Task tool.
  • Mandatory Prompt Elements: Every sub-agent prompt MUST include:
    1. WHO: IAIP user context.
    2. WHY: Purpose of the inquiry.
    3. WHAT ANGLE: Specific ring and boundaries.
    4. HOW: Tools to use (Web, Vault, etc.).
    5. SEARCH STRATEGY: Broad-first queries.
    6. SOURCE QUALITY: Prioritize primary/Indigenous voices.
Phase 3: Batch Synthesis & Gap Analysis
  • Batching: Collect ALL agent findings before weaving.
  • Wave 2: Spawn 1–2 targeted agents if significant gaps exist in the relational map.
Phase 4: Weaving & Quality Gate
Quality Gate:
  • Document exceeds 2,000 words.
  • Organization based on Relationships, not just data points.
  • Includes explicit Relational Accountability Reflection.
