• This was an experimentation of putting the original 'deep-search' skill into practice and it is ending up really quick into something unmanageable... is there valuable work, I dont know...
• • ./articles seems to have bunch of probably duplicate (or not) of bunch of CAPITALIZED .md that I think another agent created todo whatever...
• If you read this, you will have to be careful to think that this is an awesome and complete stuff, we never really used the firekeeper-deep-search but as a bridge between a world of a 'Fully Decolonized Process', I created rise-pde-session-multi-agents/ that might be a candidate to this evolution of the original deep-search that we acquired and wanted to decolonized and make the firekeeper-deep-search.

🧠 Strategic Vision: Three Sibling Skills

This workspace is dedicated to developing a family of three "sibling" skills that share a common ceremonial foundation (Research as Ceremony) but differ in their specific focus and output.

1. Core Indigenous Relational Deep Search

   • Focus: General relational inquiry and "research as ceremony".
   • Orchestration: Firekeeper + Story-Agents across all rings (People, Land, Cosmos, Ideas, Markets).
   • Status: Base implementation in firekeeper-deep-search/.

2. Ceremonial Technology Design Skill

   • Focus: Assessing and designing technical architectures as Ceremonial Technology.
   • Variation: Reuses core templates but specializes in design options, constraints, and relational trade-offs.

3. Mino-Miigwewin / Relational Markets Skill

   • Focus: Value, markets, and institutions "in a good way".
   • Variation: Centers on the Value/Markets ring, emphasizing "right relation" over extractive alpha-seeking.

🛠 Directory Structure & Maintenance

• firekeeper-deep-search/SKILL.md: The primary skill definition.
• firekeeper-deep-search/references/: CRITICAL: All supporting .md files (templates, protocols, guidelines) MUST reside here. Moving them to the root of the skill folder causes "missing or malformed YAML frontmatter" errors during skill loading.
• articles/: Supporting research and operationalization articles.
