Governing verdict (peer vessel field-alignment.md): lead with the film — Allemano (visual music), Bustros (generative storytelling), Manning (research-creation); software architecture has no faculty home.
0. The demonstrable heart — one render from watchable
/srv/miadi/episodes/miadi-chronicle/2026-07-27-episode-300-from-shadow-to-song/film/:
generate_music.py— derives the 168s musical bed from JamAI's ABC motif (miadisabelle/gmtermux#46, "Four Durations, One Figure"): one eight-note figure at four simultaneous clocks in one I–vi–IV–V–I cadence. Thesis: "music comes FROM the argument rather than being applied TO it"; music-derivation.md calls the claim falsifiable and tests it. Allemano's stated field, running.music-four-clocks.mp3— 3.3MB, 168.024s, rendered 2026-07-28. Stdlib-only.script.py— 28KB complete Manim film script (manim.cfg present), incl. seven-fields segment (:498-501, gloss :524). No .mp4/.webm anywhere in the chronicle tree (find verified).consent.md,SOURCE-LEDGER.md,delivery/ep300-portal-of-knowing.mp3(narrated presentation).
1. The four surfaces

Working per-episode audio player: app/chronicle/[episode]/audio/[file]/route.ts streams mp3/ogg with Range/seek (jgwill/Miadi#506); components/EpisodeRoom.tsx:60-74 plays room.audioTracks (#604); books/[story] serves Twine books. Packages: ava8 suite 0.3.1 (ava8-core ABC model + notes↔MIDI; ava8-abcjs score render + synth playback with cursor + SVG export; ava8-react React engraving/transport; ava8 CLI: render, tunebook, midi, symphony, serve). voice 0.3.1 (Edge-TTS). composition-to-episode 0.1.5. musical-composition 0.1.0 — vocabulary only; Songbird ruled into this domain 2026-08-09, code still in gmtermux under strangler rule.
Gaps: Allemano — nothing public engraves+plays a score; ava8-react embedded nowhere visible. Bustros — generative pipeline real but legible only by reading repos. Manning — rooms show artifacts, not relational process (lineage, consent, provenance).

Constitution correction: MINO.md §7 still says ep300 has "zero edges" — as of today: 5. The stale-line pattern recurred. Gap: loopback-only; nothing yet names the film script, music derivation, or toolchain.

v0-built Next.js portfolio, last commit 2026-08-12. Wired to the wheel's ONTOLOGY, not its API: components/medicine-wheel-section.tsx:4 imports DIRECTIONS from @medicine-wheel/ontology-core (npm 0.5.1). work-section.tsx:14 names the seven published @medicine-wheel packages. chronicles-section.tsx (fb21c6f, 2026-07-30) hand-written interactive narrative — Grey Wolf's four states + a Four-Directions circle whose South is already "Shadow to Song": "Shadow material enters as structure and leaves as music." No fetch, no app/api/, no live data.
Gap: the page a department director will open already speaks ep300's vocabulary — and has no film, no music, no sound, no live artifact. Silent for Allemano, static for Bustros, told-not-enacted for Manning.
gmtermux (noted only)
Deprecation verified in its own log (d014f69, 2026-08-09: "Ritual Console posture — remains in repo, never started on the new Android home"). Not dead: commits through 2026-08-10; Songbird merged and live in current tree (web/lib/songbird-capture.js, web/pixel/views/songbird.js, tests, 5 branches). "Nothing that sings falls silent."

- Score+sound on jgwill.com (S) — chronicles-section plays the mp3; ava8-react engraves the motif with moving cursor. Public, no tunnel.
- Reframe work/now per field-alignment (S) — Bustros/Manning registers lead; software architecture demoted.
- Complete ep300's episode room (S/M) — delivery mp3 + music mp3 + (once rendered) film; add video kind to audio route (currently .mp3/.ogg only). forgewright inherits free.
- Weave film artifacts into the wheel (S) — via inquiry-weave lineage (never re-register); metadata.kind extension point.
Excluded deliberately: studio code in musical-composition (L; need demonstration, not architecture); Songbird migration (L; strangler-protected where it runs).
