The Doors — how you enter Guillaume's world decides how it presents
William's word, 2026-08-15 (ma-profiling, mid-ceremony): "Depending on the Door you enter Guillaume's world, you don't get the content presented the same way."
This is a planning seed, not a build. And it is worth saying out loud: the principle is, verbatim, Bustros's research field — responsive environments... screen-based reactive arts that respond to viewers and contexts. The doors thread does not sit beside the Concordia alignment; it IS the alignment, lived on Guillaume's own surfaces.

Asterion observed (2026-08-15, path granted) — and the mechanism carried over
miadisabelle/asterion is the reference, live from three angles
(asterion.jgwill.com · asterion.sancuaireagentique.com · asterion.tushell.com), one
deployment. The mechanism, measured in source:
app/lib/domain-utils.ts— pureparseDomain(hostname)→{full, subdomain, mainDomain, tld, isLocalhost}; handles localhost, Vercel previews, ccTLDs.app/lib/domain.ts—'use server'helper readinghost/x-forwarded-host.- Domain-keyed content registry:
app/lib/feed/index.tsmaps'tushell.com' → tushellRss,'jgwill.com' → jgwillRss, each with its own data file. The/feedroute accepts a?domain=override for testing. - Server components read the Host per request and pick the channel — content differs, ground shared.
Carried into medicine-wheel-guillaume the same evening (commit doors: on main):
lib/domain-utils.ts (parser, with provenance), lib/doors.ts (door registry:
tushell = the Portal of Knowing, storytelling aspect, current order; jgwill = a SEED
for the complement — leads with what is made and running, framing held for William),
app/page.tsx renders the shared sections in the door's order. Build verified exit 0.
The film now leads the work section, and the Concordia thread stands in now-section
(South).
What planning still owes this thread
- The jgwill door's real presentation is William's — the seed only orders existing
sections; "presenting totally differently" means door-specific content, which asterion
models with per-domain data files (
lib/feed/data/<domain>.ts) — the shape to follow when he designs it. The door is not connected in Vercel yet. - Name what each door presents FROM — one content ground (the wheel, the chronicle, the episodes) with door-specific presentation, or the doors drift into hand-maintained truths. Asterion's per-domain data files are the halfway house; wheel-fed presentation is the horizon.
- The academic door: a Concordia visitor is itself a door-context — the field-aligned presentation (film first) is door logic, not copy-editing. One design, three audiences.
