What the songbird deploy resolved — and where it lands

The deploy story, one arc in one day (2026-08-08)

Morning: the stcbot lane triaged miadisabelle/gmtermux#50 and wrote the key stc:triage:miadisabelle-gmtermux:stcissue:50 — naming the hop defect: every note duration Nyro produced was short by one hop (~46 ms) since commit 6a063c1 (2026-04-15). No lane was dispatched; the songbird pane already owned the work.

Afternoon: the songbird lane carried four commits on 50-songbird-sung-capture — ce8ad14 (open the vessel), 4cb1f6d (give every note its full length, and the libs to keep it), 6225b3c (a take carries its key and its voice into the composition), 10b8620 (keep the phrase you sang, in the module grammar) — merged to refactor/cross-importing-modules-260805 and pushed. The rename surface travels with it: /echo-trace answers 302 toward /songbird.

Evening: the perch answered. The Pi agent on ilex (android, ssh lane ilex-songbird) pulled, restarted only the recorder portals, and reported in its own line:

The sentence that had gone unsaid

Four months of MIDI is short by one hop — and all of it is derived from voice that was kept. Under the artifact type (origin: captured / derived / authored), only captured things are irreplaceable: the transcription is derived, so the existing MIDI is regenerable by definition. The remediation is a re-run over retained voice, not a migration and not a loss — true exactly as long as the voice is retained, which is why it is written here rather than held in someone's head.

Where the resolution lands (A) — episode 311's open inquiries

All four ep311 polls ask: which of the four repos does this aspect refactor first, and what does the refactor look like when it is relational rather than industrial? Today's evidence, per aspect:
