The project is an experimental documentary short whose production process is the research: filmmaking as ceremonial knowledge practice, in the sense of Shawn Wilson's Research Is Ceremony. Concretely, a multi-agent AI system accompanies every phase of the shoot — a belt-worn device captures director intent, ambient sound, and relational moments on set; these recordings are transcribed and then transformed by a Narrative Cluster Processor into thematic structures and annotated editing briefs; finally, quality-enforcement loops verify that every output remains coherent with the storyteller's signature and the relational protocols established at the session opening (intent, accountabilities, ceremonial boundaries). On the way to the film, the production's episodic memory (the session "chronicle") is also woven into an interactive narrative (Twee/Twine format): an interactive book that makes it possible to revisit the relationship lived during creation and to pass it on to the next generations — a means in service of the film, where the medicine wheel cycle closes. The expected final result is twofold: (1) an audiovisual work — a short documentary whose edit emerges from this agent-supported process — and (2) a documented, reusable Relational Production Protocol, demonstrating that a technological infrastructure can serve relationship rather than extract from it, in contrast to current AI creative tools that optimize for efficiency at the expense of relational and ceremonial dimensions. The shoot itself, documented as a case study, would become publishable material for Indigenous research methodology and film studies venues.
