  • None in wave 1. The current inquiry contract was already executable enough once the first-wave shipping contract and evidence standard were read together.

Unresolved but non-blocking

  1. QMD is clearly active as search/enrichment, but the repo set still leaves open whether it should remain only a substrate or become part of a stronger routing ontology.
  2. /src/Miadi documents plugin/subagent architecture well, but the actual top-level agents/, plugins/, and root skills/ surfaces are not yet packaged in the repo state inspected for wave 1.
  3. llms-txt/rispecs/ still needs to become a real corpus before staleness/lint automation can operate over more than scaffolding.
