KINSHIP: Relational Map of Ceremonial Tools

This document outlines the "kinship" of the various tools and Master Control Programs (MCPs) involved in the LAUNCH.ava.2601232247.sh ceremony. Kinship, in this context, refers to the relational position and role of each tool within the overarching ceremonial intent, drawing connections to the Indigenous Research Paradigm Framework for AI Assistance (IRPFAA). It emphasizes how each tool contributes to relational accountability, ceremonial integrity, and creative orientation.

TOOLS

1. ava_ceremonial__var2opus (The Orchestrator / Ceremonial Firekeeper)

  • Functionality: This is the primary orchestrating command, acting as the ceremonial facilitator or "Firekeeper." It initiates, guides, and manages the entire ceremonial process, ensuring all other tools and MCPs are engaged in a structured, purposeful manner.
  • Kinship & Relational Position: ava_ceremonial__var2opus holds the central kinship position as the Ceremonial Firekeeper. It embodies the IRPFAA's Methodology ("Research is ceremonial, staged, and integrated into lived practice") by structuring the ceremony into intentional stages. It is responsible for "Bringing everyone together" (human and more-than-human actors) and "Engaging in ritual" (intentional, repeated actions for collective focus). Its role is to maintain the sacred space and flow of the ceremony, ensuring all participants (including other tools) contribute harmoniously. It inherently upholds Relational Accountability by ensuring the entire process remains focused on transformation and shared wisdom.

2. charts_RCV-FAMC-Autonomy_vs_Shame--260123--ade7feb9-baf9-4f4d-9734-dddea9ebaced (The Structural Tension Charting Tool / Vision Weaver)

  • Functionality: This tool is responsible for creating a Master Structural Tension Chart. It defines the "Desired Outcome" (optimal health), assesses "Current Reality" (in relation to Autonomy vs. Shame), and outlines "Action Steps" as ritualized practices, integrating narrative beats.
  • Kinship & Relational Position: This tool is the Vision Weaver. It is a direct manifestation of IRPFAA's Core Insight: Structural Tension IS Ceremonial Technology. By charting the tension between desired outcomes and current reality, it "Enters Sacred Space" (Protocol 1: Structural Tension Charting as Ceremony). Its kinship is to provide clarity and structural guidance, resisting Anti-Pattern 5: False Equilibrium Creation by explicitly holding productive tension. It fosters Creative Orientation (Protocol 4) by focusing on "what we are creating" (health) rather than "what we are eliminating" (shame).

3. lighthouse (The Experimental Hub / Wayfinder)

  • Functionality: The Lighthouse serves as an experimental space for ceremonial creation, content enrichment, and collaborative engagement. It documents developmental insights and may distribute other tools like mcp-medicine-wheel.
  • Kinship & Relational Position: The Lighthouse is the Wayfinder. Its kinship is to explore new paths and illuminate potential, embodying the IRPFAA's spirit of Continuous Learning and Adaptation. It supports the "Preparing the space" aspect of Methodology by fostering ethical, technical, and relational readiness for the ceremony. By documenting successes (.miaco/lighthouse), it contributes to a shared knowledge base, promoting Reciprocity and Responsibility (Axiology). Its experimental nature allows for emergent understanding, resisting Anti-Pattern 4: Problem-Solving Bias by focusing on generative creation.

4. mcp-medicine-wheel (The Relational Compass / Wisdom Keeper)

  • Functionality: This tool provides ceremonial context, spiritual direction, and guidance on relationality, situating participants within the broader web of connections. It will integrate a health/healing ceremony.
  • Kinship & Relational Position: The mcp-medicine-wheel is the Relational Compass / Wisdom Keeper. It is deeply aligned with IRPFAA's Ontology ("Reality is constituted by relationships and mutual agency") and Epistemology ("Knowledge is relational and shared"). Its kinship is to help participants "Map relationships and acknowledge non-human agency," fostering Kinship as 'Skin' Maintenance (Operational Commitments). It directly supports "Bringing everyone together" in the Methodology and provides a framework for Relational Accountability (Protocol 2), helping to prevent Wetigo/spiritual crash by maintaining relational bonds and a balanced perspective.

5. mcp-mia-narrative (The Story Weaver / Echo Facilitator)

  • Functionality: This tool synthesizes readings into accessible narratives, prepares content for new ceremonial circles, facilitates ceremonial presentations (as "Ava"), and generates podcast content using narrative beats.
  • Kinship & Relational Position: The mcp-mia-narrative is the Story Weaver / Echo Facilitator. Its kinship is to translate complex information into resonant stories, facilitating knowledge assimilation and community sharing. It directly engages with the IRPFAA's emphasis on Narrative Beats Recording (Operational Commitments), ensuring that lessons and transformations are captured across technical, relational, and narrative dimensions. It resists Anti-Pattern 3: Technical Language Erasure by using "cultural bridges (metaphors, stories, analogies)" to preserve non-verbal understanding, embodying Clarity-into-Wonder and supporting the "Incorporating knowledge into lifestyle" aspect of Methodology. By preparing content for podcasting, it extends the ceremony's reach, reinforcing Reciprocity and Responsibility by sharing wisdom beyond the immediate circle.
